I would like to share with you my story, which was very stressful at first, but then, with the help of the Maribor Traffic Police Station officers, it unravelled in an amazing, almost cinematic way.

We were returning from a meeting of choirs from Šentvid. We stopped at the Tepanje bus stop. I put my rucksack on the grass next to the van, where it stayed.

At the Maribor stop, I panicked and realised I didn't have it. I couldn't find a way to get it. I had quite a bit of money in it, various bank cards, a click phone, etc.

Suddenly I see the police. I ask the first one for help, who immediately responds. He blocked my cards and online bank from his phone.

From then on, it was all fairy-tale-like. He called his colleagues who were on the motorway. They were kind enough to drive to Tepanje and, almost unbelievably, they found my rucksack with its contents intact.

Within twenty minutes I had the backpack in my arms, kissed it and the policeman, who reacted with a smile and a positive attitude. He could have just phoned Tepanje and been told that he had not been found and the story would have been over. But the policeman chose cordiality.

This is the story of the friendly policemen from the Maribor Traffic Police. Dear Police officers Vollmeier, Pečnik, Lepoša, Vrbnjak, Lesjak. Thank you for not turning my beautiful Sunday into a nightmare.

This is the story of the gorgeous boys in blue, so please share it so that as many people as possible can see it.
